It rock if Flurtershy taught the Stare to Screwbell, my OC daughter of her and Dyscord. And Screwbell used it to stop jerky kids in class instead of starting fights.
It also rock if Flurtershy pass it on to Misty who uses it instead of reacting violet; such as on Posey whenever she went too far, and on many mroe such as con-artists and robbers.
