Ah, I see it now! it’s a piece of the side of the horn that’s floating. You can see where it’s “attached” by thicker energy streams.
Nah, it just looks like it’s floating because the horizontal sections that connect it to the base and tip sections glow a bright green.
No, you can see that the base of her horn is below it. Maybe it’s like a floating “sheath” piece or something.
