It appears that Shatter was eating some chocolate chip mint ice cream and someone noticed her. But that person didn’t seem to understand that adults can be messy eaters as well and associate it with young children so the person thought she was a big baby. And that belief is how she ended up being in a diaper and P.J.‘s that were both magic locked. She also had her wings tied with a magic lock rope so basically, there’s no hope for her getting out of this situation. But messy eating is a very bab move, lol.
 
Well about the rope, it’s actually not easy to remove, not even with scissors. Basically the rope is magically enchanted and the more the individual tries to remove it, the tighter it gets around ones body, causing pain. So basically, the rope is impossible to remove without assistance.
