From a long lost Fallout Equestria campaign that used to run pretty damn long time ago…
The yellow earth pony had an unfortunate accident, where the potion-freak zebra has forced him to drink a potion that was supposed to turn him into a mare (which he didn’t know). However, in order to prove it is “safe” to drink, the zebra took a sip too and had to face the unfortunate fate as well.
