It looks like something happened and now, Casey and Raph are forced into the most ridiculous clothing and pink diapers. Raph is a sissy.
What happened was, they were possibly making fun of other adult foals so as a result, a caretaker forced into pink padlock diapers and girly clothing. So in other terms, the two hotheads are getting what they deserve.
