On a Sunday morning like any other, the young princess Heavenly Glow stood proudly at her pulpit for her weekly sermon. She was just a filly, yet the God Mother had vested in her great power to spread Her word at such a young age. She read from the holy book before her:
 
“And thus, the God Mother spaketh unto the unicorn before her: ‘Remember this, young one. Thy bonds with thy fellow pony art of the utmost importance, more than vanity or fame. Keep thy hooves on the ground, carry thyself with humility and modesty. Put others before thyself and thou shalt receive the greatest blessings.’”
 
Heavenly Glow paid little mind to the audience before her, some of whom looked bored after the two hours that had passed thus far. She was in her own world of worship, speaking with passion even though her monotone exterior didn’t show it.
 
“And lo! She received the greatest blessing of all: friendship. And with the bonds she created came more good fortune, but she was to share it as the God Mother instructed, rather than keep it for herself. Only by living selflessly and spreading Her word across the land did she achieve true divinity. Now onto Clover 2:5—“
 
She felt a tap on her shoulder.
 
“A service is in session!” She whipped around to face the guard behind her. “Can’t you wait?”
 
“No, Your Majesty. Your parents request your presence at once.”
 
She cocked an eyebrow. “Excuse me?”
 
The guard sighed.
 
“Grand Matriarch Princess of the Celestial Church Heavenly Glow: Bishop of Equestria, Vicar of Celestia, Successor of the Queen of the Sun, Supreme Pontiff of the Universal Church, Primate of Seaquestria, Archbishop and Metropolitan of the Equestrian Province, Sovereign of the State of Canterlot, Servant of the Servants of Celestia, your parents request your presence at once.”
 
“Very well then.” She faced the congregation. “Do not go anywhere, the service shall resume shortly.”
