The King of Swords is a symbol of mental clarity and authority; reversed, quiet power and manipulation. I chose Prince Blueblood because of his diplomatic skills (evidenced in the comics) – he may be a jerk, but he’s a smooth talker. Also I have this whole planned redemption arc for him in my fanfics.
 
This is probably the most symbolism-heavy I went in the minor arcana, because all of it was really visually appealing to me. The butterflies and crescent moon are both symbols of transformation. Blue is the color of knowledge, and violet the color of compassion. The sword points upward, symbolizing decisiveness, but also to his left, the side of intuition. He is flexible. And of course, there is a little breezie Nine shouting advice into his ear, a reminder that all of us need outside guidance.
