Here’s a minor OC of mine: Cruelfeather, the Royal Canterlot Dungeon Tickler. I figured that I’d draw him, just for fun~ ^ ^

Cruelfeather holds the dubious honour of being the Royal Tickler of the Canterlot Castle Dungeons. While his demeanour is often unnerving even to the palace guards (and a few have been sent to him for disciplinary action >;3), he is known for his unwavering loyalty to the crown. He would never disobey an order given to him by the princesses, nor would he ever dishonour the integrity of his station by stooping to “barbaric” methods of punishment…  
…that being said, there’s no need to trouble the Princesses by telling them about everything that happens in his little playground, and tickling ponies is so much fun. >:)
 
I’ll admit, he is a little sadistic and takes far too much enjoyment out of his job…there’s a reason why he unnerves everypony and doesn’t go outside much. Unless he’s escorting a prisoner out for some public humiliation, he’s not fond of leaving the dungeons. He has his own room down there and he gets food delivered by the servants so he can not only work, but also live there away from prying eyes. After all, even though ponies understand and respect the need for his profession…well, how many friends do you think a torturer would make? :P
