Hello again! I am on a mission to draw a new comic for every episode of season 8 of Friendship is Magic… but wait! I already made a comic for Surf and/or Turf! Well, long story short, I kinda wanted to take a mulligan from the last comic I made. I felt like I wasted a good opportunity to draw my favorite trio of fillies, the Cutie Mark Crusaders, and also wanted to make a comic that’s a bit less… ranty? I got good reception from the previous comic, but I had a little, silly idea that I wanted to present as well after submitting the last one. So… you all get two comics this week! You’re welcome!
 
I got the idea for this seeing how Scootaloo and Sweetie Belle passionately rally for each of Terramar’s potential habitats, while Apple Bloom doesn’t pick a side and tries to stay the middle ground. Then we see Terramar picking a middle ground of his own by sitting in a tree near the shore so he’s not committing to the heights or the sea. Connecting all these things together eventually led to the silly visual you see in the last panel here. I don’t know how funny this will be to anyone else, but at least now you have a choice of comics based on this episode to enjoy or otherwise. …Kinda like the episode, the more I think about it!
 
This was going to be a quick comic to follow-up with the one I already made this week, but I underestimated drawing Terramar and the tree while making them recognizable, so this still took me a fair bit of work. Oh well, hope you can all appreciate me putting in overtime this week. See you next episode!
