She was born in the time vortex, bereft of companionship. She pulled herself up by the bootstrap paradox, receiving visits from her future selves who taught her everything they knew so that someday, she could become them and teach her younger self everything she knew in turn.
Eventually, she became skilled enough with her powers to eke out a pocket dimension in the vortex, full of strange anachronisms, mathematical impossibilities, and temporal shenanigans. She turned it into a bed and breakfast, called Hilbert’s, where she puts up stranded time-travelers and weary chrononauts.
She’s brisk and witty, with a sharp intellect. Admittedly, she tends to see the world at odd angles, due to her unusual upbringing. This also makes her somewhat socially inept. She can sometimes appear to be rude or distant, but she honestly does care for all the friends she has – she’s just not great at showing it.
She has the wings and antennae of a butterfly (for the Butterfly Effect), the right paw of a white rabbit (partly for luck, partly because she’s never on time), the left talon of a dodo (because it’s extinct), the tail of a snake (for the ouroboros), and the head and torso of a fox (because I couldn’t think of anything better).
