Randomly decided I needed a new bat pone OC and after a bit little Nightshift was born. Then suddenly came his family into existence and that surprised me. I usually don’t make a full family until a loooong time later when I have to ‘cuz not everypony can just be an orphan. But it provided an excuse to make another bat pone and add in a seemingly forgotten guard type.

Was fun to work on these guys.

As you see the career choices seem to run as a theme in the family.

Sadly my brain already decided that Morgana and Nightwatch is currently going through a divorce. Still only separated, Nightwatch refusing to go full divorce despite Morgana’s insisting. He believes the marriage can be saved even though Morgana insists that the love is gone.

Both try their best to ensure none of it will affect Nightshift too much.

And also the different colours when they are in uniform and out of uniform - ’cuz I support the blogs that excuse the likeness all them guards in the show share is just dye or magic as part of the uniform.
