The evil queen herself. The perpetrator of all grief felt by all Equestria.  
She is nothing like Twilight Sparkle, corruption has made her vain, cocky and downright terrifying. She views those who oppose her as nothing but opposing pawns in a game of chess. Many fear her, which is what she wants. The power she absorbed from Sombra and Nightmare Moon made her very strong and almost invincible.
 
Most terrifying thing about her is her garden of statues, where she keeps all prisoners she’s turned to crystal. She treks through the garden often, maybe feeling a little guilt as she passes through the distressed faces of former friends and family, but something inside her keeps all her old, flimsy feelings at bay.
 
No one views her as pony anymore, she has become a monster of darkness. Not even her remaining friends recognize her as the pony she once was.
