Made some slight changes to Annie’s design.
 
I just love this character…mostly because he’s very cat-like in personality and appearance.  
Normally Annie is very calm but at least once a week he gets a burst of chaos energy pumped thru his veins. This causes him to get the “zoomies”, wherein he runs around the castle, teleports or time-travels with a wild look in his eyes and fur crackling with chaotic spasms. It’s terrifying to witness.  
In personality, he’s pretty quiet. When he’s mad he’ll bust out all the nastiest of insults but mostly he’s very subdued….for a Prince of Chaos.
 
To summon things into existence, he twitches his left ear. It’s subtle and it means he can move very little and still bring about a tide of Eldritch power. Papa Discord is so impressed by the monstrosity he birthed [no I did not misquote]  
He’s the only one in the Kingdom that knows where Prince Stellar Rays ran off to and he’s also very suspicious about the goings on in the Royal Families.
 
Overall he’s a cute, wise but bizarre little spawn of Discord and he’s only the size of a Maine Coon cat.
