After Trenderhoof wrote an article about the last event in Ponyville and left his beloved Applejack with a heavy heart, he tried again and again to return to her, but under some pretext, because especially in love Applejack did not seem. For Trend Applejack was much more than just beautiful. She was perfect. Everything about her. From the mane approach to the last hair on her tail. And also her character drove Trend crazy. Once home, he could no longer concentrate on his work and became depressed as he simply did not find a way to get back to her because she hated that intrusive way. He could neither pursue his work nor his life. He neglected himself and lost his job through his indifference. His life was ruled by alcohol, cigarettes and depression.  
But immediately after his bad luck, the Mane 6 map sent Applejack to Manehatten where Trend lives. Direct and honest as she was, she told him that it would not work that way. He burst into tears in front of her and explained what he should have explained long ago. He suggested his feelings and Applejack was visibly affected, but out of pity she did not want to start a relationship with him, but she managed to get him back on track with a close friendship. He gained new power, banishing everything bad from his life and making sure he got his job with the help of his new friend. After a year he was completely the old again. He and Applejack got together more and more, in a deliberate and indeed reserved way. At New Year’s Eve, Trend visited Ponyville to get to the highest mountain to get the best pictures of New Year’s fireworks for the newspaper. Applejack accompanied him and there she expressed her pride for Trend. Trend himself was so valued by the pony he loved so much, and gave her a huge bouquet of roses and thanked his Special somepony deeply. At that moment Applejack realized how much she had fallen in love with Trenderhoof. Their heads moved farther and farther, their eyes shining and their lips tightening, but the fireworks interrupted the two. The romance was not disturbed by that, it was quite the opposite. Applejack responded with a nose hull and a shy smile and Trend laughed heartily. He lifted the camera, took pictures and at that moment he noticed how beautiful the fireworks were already through the lens. How beautiful did it have to be through the eye?  
He smiled, pulled Applejack up to him and whispered, “The fireworks are just as beautiful as you …”  
He quickly held his hoof over his mouth and took two big steps backwards. “I’m sorry, Applejack. That was not an intention, I was just like … um … um … “  
But Applejack put her hoof on his mouth, snuggled up to him and said, “I love you too!” Trend was visibly overwhelmed, but he did not think about it anymore and pressed his lips to Applejacks and felt only her smile and tears of happiness which rolled down his cheek. (There will surely be a drawing of her first kiss, alone for that firework xD)
 
And well, as is the case with couples in love, they usually become parents too. Applejack and Trend got two kids. Her oldest son, Claudio and his little sister Apple Jewel. There will surely be a more detailed feature / story for them, but for now I’m only posting their profile:
