Note: This is not taking place at a night club. It’s supposed to be a game Convention, like E3 but I’ve never been to one so I’m not sure how they look.
 

 
Marble meeting Soarin’ at a game convention. He was shocked to find a mare there who shared his love of indie adventure games. They started chatting about fave games and systems and who kick whose ass in Monster Hunter. They very much bonded over this common hobby, though Marble likes horror games while Soarin’ prefers fantasy RPG’s.
 
Marble is very quiet about her hobby, knowing her parents dislike such ‘wasteful practices’. They tolerate her sisters choices due to, mostly, them keeping quiet about it. The only one who knows about her hobby is Pinkie, who loves helping her with ideas. Marbles has a day job but her passion is making indie games, mostly horror RPG’s. Lime is too freaked out to play and Maud has little to no reaction so they aren’t good test subjects. Pinkie loves being scared so she is the best.
 
Interestingly, Soarin started talking to her after seeing her have trouble defending her own game after some guy complained that it was too ‘edgy’ and needed to be less scary. Soarin, despite being scared as he played, loved her game for it’s immersive storytelling and 3 dimensional characters.
