Description

TutorialQuite a few people have asked me how I re-textured my Littlepip model in the FOE Turntable and in the Littlepip 4K Wallpaper. After manually telling a few people and noticing that there wasn’t much in the form of accurate re-texturing tutorials, I decided that I should make my own. This tutorial will teach you how to non-destructively re-texture any pony model (and non-pony model too!) through the use of material overrides. This keeps the original base texture safe and untouched, just in case you wanted to go back to using the unaltered version. There are some programs that you will need in order to follow this tutorial. They are as follows:VTFEdit - Used to export, import and convert files that are used by the source engine.nemesis.thewavelength.net/inde…Photoshop - This will be used to edit the texture.www.adobe.com/uk/creativecloud…Texture ResourceI also included a starter file that will allow you to create your own dirty and bloody textures for your models with only a few simple clicks. This resource can be found here: mega.nz/#!fsNRHCxK!1IfCBrki5VQ….The .psd file will allow you to choose from four options to customize your texture. Mud, Blood, Wounds and Bruises. You will be able to toggle them on or off to you wishes. If you do use this tutorial and/or my texture, please tag me in it so I can see what you create
