In my verse, Discord is quite pleased with his brood of chaos noodles - even if a whopping 2/3rds of his cubs aren’t really that interested in chaos magic or spreading chaos. He still loves them even if they are bit boring compared to his tastes.
 
Helix: Small, short, and full of dry humor, Helix is actually quite like his father in personality and mood. While he doesn’t spread chaos on mass or via turnings fancy china into ‘teacup’ poodles or hanging furniture from the ceiling, his bizarre genetic mutations and experiments do tend to cause their own volume of disorder and madness. He’s quite a daddy’s colt and out of the three spent the most time growing up around his father. Discord used to often take Helix adventuring in the ‘chaos realm’ and it’s likely this is where Helix gets many of his twisted ideas from.
 
Harmony: Distrustful and secluded, but with the ability to see through others lies and untruths as well. She recoils from any kind of prank or hurtful humor and prefers to keep to herself, or at least the company of those who won’t make spiteful fun of her. Harmony doesn’t have a great relationship with her father, though does get on well with her mother Fluttershy, thanks to Fluttershy’s gentle and caring nature.
 
Halcyon: As a cub, Halcyon was kind of a worrywart and hated being around groups of people or even posing for family photos. He much preferred to be out in the woods or the Everfree forest, tending to beasts and birds both magical and mundane. Being so allured by the natural world, Halcyon spent many hours learning about the creatures of the land from his mother, whom he loves dearly.
