Blue Belle is a local florist who specializes in bouquets and mass arrangements for special events; parade floats are her favorite to work on. Very calm, cool, and collected. Ponies can be found visiting her garden when they want to relax and have a nice quiet afternoon to themselves. Just don’t touch her flowers. She takes intensive care for each and every one of them and it would make her furious to see them tarnished in any way.
 
While Blue Belle is quite crafty with large projects, the purpose for single flowers are lost upon her. It takes a lot for her to express herself and she sees using flowers as an expression of feelings in the same way. To truly get your feelings across, they have to be carefully organized, arranged, and displayed in a fashion that can not be ignored.
