Now that the vectors of the heroes are done, I have started on the other characters, such as the villains. Since the Masked Matterhorn’s power is enhanced magic, the unique feature of unicorns, I decided to give her foe a power that enhances flight, as she is a pegasus.

This is Neon Flight, one of Galaxy Star’s friends. She is popular, and a fast flier, but she can be a little bit of a showoff at times. Neon and Galaxy are both attracted to the same stallion, for the same reasons - both admire his kind heart and cheerful attitude. But when he falls for the Masked Matterhorn, Neon decides to do something about it. She starts looking for all the information she can find about the mysterious mare, searching for a way to bring her down. It just so happens that somepony else - with far worse intentions - was doing the same. A supervillain (I am not currently sure if it will be the Mane-iac or some other villain), who was having trouble with the Matterhorn as well, offers to give her the means of defeating the hero in exchange for her cooperation. She agrees.

Powers: Magic-laser wings that enhance her already fast flight speed and can be used as weapons. These can be switched on and off.
Weaknesses: Despite the inherent awesomeness of MAGIC LASER WINGS, they are terrible for stealth. Also, other than the standard pegasus ability to manipulate weather, she has no way of attacking from a distance.

Fun Fact: I named the villain’s alter-ego after a bird with similar colors that impales its prey on thornbushes. (And before you ask: No, she doesn’t do that.)
