In my headcannon, the Marer Do Well and Walking Dead hurt many. The ‘accidents’ set up by Twilight, Applejack, Rarity, and Pinkie including the floor and a burning orphanage hurt some. As did the Walking Dead one which cause some to fall from cliffs or into pits and swamps. And Twylight’s division between Rainbow and Rarity got some who went to find them hurt. Same with some thanks to Twylight alerting the hydra for life outside the swamp. And victims of the Storm King thanks to Twylight trying to steal from Queen Novo, abductions to portals thanks to Twylight trusting Cosy Glow. Many get surgery, while some died. Adding more anger in the Trial of Truth.
