While this is necessary to ensure that you receive the amount of snow you need during the winter you deserve, the siphon process is still a danger to all who are caught in it. The Cloudsdale Weather Corporation assumes no liability for those of you are damaged by the process, and would like to also stress that playing under twenty-seven million gallons of magically suspended water has never been a good idea. Thank you for your support, and we look forward to an eventful winter season.”
Apparently, and this is canon; evaporation does not exist in Equestria. So, bearing in mind that while we did see a horse-made hurricane to deliver water to Cloudsdale, we can only assume that small amount would only account for the needs of Ponyville. What about everywhere else? Well, the siphon is the answer to that. I think.
It still seems just as inefficient as the hurricane method…
