Another picture of Marine Delight, this time on the back of her best friend, the killer whale Verndari.
 
Backstory time! When Marine Delight was a filly, she and her father were out in the ocean in his boat when a storm blew into Seaddle. They both fell into the ocean and Marine accidentally cut her leg falling off of the boat. The blood flowing out attracted a hungry shark who nearly ate her, but she was suddenly scooped up in Verndari’s mouth and swallowed whole. She was absolutely terrified and thought she was going to die, but the soothing song of the killer whale along with his gentle breathing and heartbeat eased her worries, giving her a feeling of safety and affection. Once the local pegasi cleared the storm, Verndari dragged Marine’s father to the shore and regurgitated her alive and well. She was so grateful to the killer whale that she asked her parents if she could let him visit them. They wholeheartedly agreed, and Marine Delight and Verndari became the best of friends.
