Description
This is my first ever “My Little Pony” OC.
Her name is Jungle Heart, and she’s a kind of Pony-Tarzan. You see, she was lost as a little foal in a jungle on the southern side of Equestria, not too far from where I can imagine Zecora comes from, and she was taken in by a family of gorillas, and she learned from them how to survive in the savage jungle, as well as picked up some of their more primal behaviours, like beating her chest. She even learned to speak pony language from some old books that she found at her biological parents old camp. When Jungle Heart is later discovered, and brought back to the civilised parts of Equestria, she does feel quite uncomfortable at first, but she later grows to like it… But she can never let go of her gorilla-like behaviour, as well as her jungle survival instincts, which does come in handy, when her new friends “Not the Mane 6” find themselves in a tight spot.
Jungle Heart is, much like Rainbow Dash and Applejack, the very definition of a tomboy. She’s physically very strong, able to wrestle with gorillas, crocodiles and other wild animals. Growing up in the jungle, she also discovered her true talent, which is to understand the language of all animals and creatures, much like Fluttershy. Even if she most of the time seems as tough as a brick wall, she can be sensitive, especially when it comes to her biological parents, because she never knew them… And for that matter, no one knows if they are still alive, even. But she has hope of finding out what happened to them, some day. She never backs down from a challenge, and if her friends are in trouble, she’s the kind of pony who will act, instead of just standing around.
Her Cutie Mark is a red heart, with a green leaf in the middle of it, which represents that her heart and spirit will always as wild and natural as the mighty jungle.
I’m not sure if I really managed to catch the pose that I wanted to give her, namely her performing a Tarzan yell, complete with her beating her chest. I did the best I could do, anyway.

Why? FresHers be one I picture showing Jungle Heart’s sass, warmth, intelligence, and jolliness. Such as her jungle calls, her songs, her laughs, her motherly tone, and her romantic passion. And her protective ferocity.
It rock to see her befriend Rainbow and Applejack who be sassy yet gentle, Flurtershy’s who into creatures as she and fiercely prtoective, Pinkie who’s so sweet and comical, the CMC, and Derpy Hooves. And also Fizzlepop Berrytwist; seeing her as a real ehro for her redemption quest and for ebing gentle for her strength. And also Doctor Whooves, knowing how knowledge is improtant and enjyos his scarf (for she enjoys rainbows and sees them as symbols of hope and light). And also with Flurry heart. And also with Somnabuwla who’s a gentle giant. And also Meadowbrook for obvious reasons. And also Rara who impresses her with her singing and mroe so with ehr generous heart. And also with the Equestria Girls and her human counterpart.
It also be nice if she act as a moral compass to Twylight, Rarity, Applejack, and Pinkie; trying to convince them to confess the truth of Marer Do Well and the Walking Dead as well as Twylight’s puppetry of events. She knows telling lies and puppeteering for personal gain is wrong, espeically coz it endangers so many. And it be very nice if instead of seeking to punish them, she knows how them seeing the terrible consequences be punishment enough and seeks to help them reydeem; a big way to show her compassion and forgiveness.
It rock if among her pals be an orangutan who’d been a mentor to her. A fitting choice since orangutans be intelligent apes. It also rock if she knew a panther similar to Bagheera, a python similar to Kaa, a noble rhino, a noble condor, a hippo, a giraffe, a pangolin, and some monkeys.
It rock if among her pals was an elephant who’s a queen for the jungle and keeper of the law as well as a mentor. Basically base on Hathi from The Jungle Book (1941), The Jungle Book (2010), Shonen Mowgli, The Jungle Book, (2016) and Mowgli: Legend of the Jungle. And also base on the mammoth shaman from Leo/Kimba White Lion in Osamu Tezuka’s work. Since much be base on Africa, she’d own tusks; large as a symbolism of age and leadership. And one voice actress I see be Michelle Yeoh which many rememebr as the Soothsayer oN Kugn Fu Panda 2, Ying Nan oN Shang Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings, and more; fitting her grandmotherly warmth and wisdom. It rock if she approve of Jungle Heart’s pony pals and helps; fighting side by side, and also providing wisdom. Perhaps even tell a story similar to Tha’s story from The Jungle Book in which the Edenic paradyce fell when someone sinned by committing murder out of arrogance, greed, jealousy and vanity. A fitting story for MLP coz it teaches about the importance of virtues and the price of sin. And the story’s ending’s bittersweet for the first leader foresaw a Chosen One; reveal to be Jungle Heart.
