Dunno how long the Mane 6 walked to get to Kludgetown from Canterlot, but it was long enough for Pinkie to experience withdrawal symptoms from going without her meds for so long (and heat exhaustion, that too)

She finds a three-second friend out of a mysterious bird skeleton that probably holds dark and unfathomable secrets…
