While traveling to the Crystal Empire to attend to some political business, Blueblood, being the brat he is, demanded to have some security while he visited the Empire. Flash Sentry was assigned to him and ohhhh boy did Blueblood completely fall for those soft blue eyes.
 
During the long stay at the Empire, Flash made it his goal to lighten up the stuck-up unicorn. One night, Flash convinced Blueblood to sneak out of his quarters and have some fun. The two frolicked through the marketplace late at night getting into crazy attics. From sword fights with eating utensils, pie eating contests, and trying to jokingly push eachother into the lake, Flash brought out the fun in Blueblood, and Blueblood craved more of it.
 
After Blueblood returned to Canterlot and left Flash behind, he found his daily routines of attending meetings and discussing politics over tea much more boring than he had remembered. He yearned for the adventure that the orange pegasus and brought out in him. Blueblood realized how much Flash had affected his outlook on life and how unhappy he had become. Desperate, he secretly took a train back to the Crystal Empire to find the only thing that has taught him happiness.
 
Flash was rather shocked to have a surprise visit from Blueblood at his post, but after some explaining Flash was more than happy to see the snooty unicorn again. Soon after their relationship grew less and less professional and bam they slowly fell in love and become fluffy husbands.
 
Also I changed Flash’s hair cause you know??? This is way better
