For those interested in how Limestone and Flash met, it was fairly unspectacular though they are now deeply in love.  
Limestone made a deal to sell some very neatly polished rocks from her quarry to build a beautiful fountain bath for Cadence’s birthday. While Shining Armour and Twilight kept the Queen busy, Limestone and Pinkie were briefed by Shining’s deputy Flash Sentry.  
Flash loves himself a powerful and dominate lady and Limestone’s no-bullshit attitude got him all steamy and in love.  
Limestone was taken aback by this adorable display of affection and submission and practically leaped at the opportunity to see him again.  
The rest is history!

Smithy is the only child of former Royal Guard Flash Sentry and rock farm Heir Limestone Pie.  
She’s a glassblower and glass sculpture for an offshoot of her family business. Her pieces sell for very little as she doesn’t think she’s all that good at her work. She mostly does it for her own enjoyment.  
Like her mother, Smithy has terrible people skills and often comes off less friendly than she intends. Her best friend is her Seagull named Daring Do [she’s a total fan of DD~!] and she’d love to make more friends but her life revolves around the rock farm.
 
Her father gave up his place in the Crystal Empire Royal Guard to support his wife and Smithy is the only Pie child left on the farm. Her aunts Marble, Pinkie and Maud live elsewhere with their families. While Flash is all too happy to remain of the rock farm with his love, Smithy isn’t all too happy with her lot in life but does nothing to rectify this.
