This picture was commissioned by as a continuation to his EG transformation series. This one depicts Rarity transforming from her fashion-focused self to a dirt-loving country bumpkin. He describes the stages as so:

Day 1: Rarity: I simply must finish filing these nails then I can work on all those lovely dresses.

Day 2: Rarity: Hmm I should probably start thinking about helping AJ’s family. Celestia knows she is not going to do all that work herself.

Day 3: *URP* Aaaah, that hit the spot. Why do I feel like lifting heavy objects? Oh well. *URP!*

Day 4: Apple Bloom (Offscreen) :Thanks, Rarity, for helping us again!
Rarity: No problem, Apple Bloom. It’s in my nature. Though to be honest, this work is pretty darn fun.

Day 5: Rarity: Ah really need to get this here piece of food out. Then Ah can start workin’ again.
Apple Bloom: Great! We need somepony to clean out the pig pen.
Rarity: I’m your gal!

Day 6: Hoo-ey! I really needed to stretch after that. Ah just love pickin’ apples!

Day 7: Ahh, ain’t nothing better than being a farm girl.
