1966: Baby Celestia, she’s born in the summer and a very cheery baby. She’s dressed with her layette so her colors are pink and white as opposed to everything else and she’s wearing an era appropriate topper for newborns.
1969: 3-to-4 year old Celestia, wearing a shift dress of the time and her parents have already noticed how happy she looks in yellows/oranges/sunshine colors. She’s their little Sunshine and she’s happily awaiting the birth of her coming sister Luna.
1973: 7-to-8 year old Celestia, a total flower child and an energetic kid wearing the kid fashion of the early 70’s (bell bottoms, a turtleneck, a knit shift over and sneakers) this is the only time her hair’s this straight because it’s ‘in’ - she’s developing her style aesthetic at this point she enjoys looking fashionable and bright and she’s becoming a young leader in the classroom.
1978: 13 year old Celestia, just starting High School and wanting to look more mature (styling her hair in the Farrah Fawcett style and wearing hot pants with calf-high white boots) though she maintains a preppy and youthful style - she’s a rising star academically and socially in her class.
1983: 17-to-18 year old Celestia, a senior in High School, fully embracing the 80’s with the most fashionable accessories (legwarmers, bangles, a mood ring, a sun belt, scrunchies and beads and her hair in a side ponytail) complete with a ‘Vote Celestia’ campaign button - running against her moody freshman sister for Class President. Honestly though, there’s no contest as to who’ll take the win. She’s already established as a dedicated leader and a popular figure in the school. (Oh, and she’s dating the future mayor of Canterlot, Novo)
1989: 23-to-24 year old Celestia, going through college and still a fashionista she’s ready for the end of the 80’s and the start of the 90’s (that sunflower hat, those silly bands, all that denim) - she’s also focusing on training for her teaching career. (she and Novo broke up but remained friends and she’s involved with Sombra, a fellow student training to be a teacher for elementary school)
1995: 29-to-30 year old Celestia on her first day of teaching at Canterlot High and looking quite 90’s with her windbreaker jacket, jean skirt and sunglasses. (She and Sombra have married and she’ll be expecting a child soon)
2015: 49-50 year old Celestia as the Principal of Canterlot High and looking sharp and still very youthful with her bright colors and beautiful hair. (Also she’s a mom with kids who’ll be entering Canterlot High themselves soon)
2040: 74-75 year old Celestia, clearly aged (her hair has faded a bit and she has wrinkles and laugh lines) yet still with enough energy to be the Administrator of Schools. (Not a bad looking grandma at all)

Another commission for Davaba19 - an age chart for Principal Celestia! Honestly I finished this so quickly, quicker than my commissions usually take - imagining Celestia through the decades was so much fun! Quick Breakdown:
