In my headcannon, there’s a parallel version of Rainbow who’s an Edwardian exploerer… and who falls for a feral Soarin when she and her aunt Daring Do go to a prehistoric world in a remote part of Africa. And instead of using guns, she uses martial arts; and wields a dao sword, a kukri knife, a knobkerrie knife, a nunchuck, a boomerang, a recorve bow and arrows, and bolas. And she’s zero freak by primal Soarin’s head on her chest; only touch and blushing on how he’s onto her heartbeat. And bonds well with the local animals and willingl;y helps them.
