Top 10 Favourite MLP: FiM Characters  
#2: Twilight Sparkle
 
Until season 4, Twilight and my number one were pretty much even in terms of my favourite list. My number one because of their personality, and Twilight because she is probably the best written character in the whole show. Her arc through seasons 1 to 3 feels like a complete story, and if the show had ended there it would have been a good place to do it, no matter what the season three haters may say. It pains me, however, that the other members of the Mane 6 aren’t given the same treatment, it’s ALWAYS about Twilight in the end. And that’s not to say I’m tired of her, hardly. I love seeing her flip her lid over the smallest things, I love how pasionate she gets over learning something new, and I love how freaking adorkable she is… and I want more! I just wish the spotlight would get shared around some times.
