Rainbow dash waddles awkwardly towards the ponyville clinic as she endures another contraction, she couldn’t help but push along with it, and she felt her first twin making steady progress out of her, but since she couldn’t see around her enormous belly she had no idea how much progress she’d made. That is, until she felt something warm and wet brush against her inner thigh. Once the contraction had passed she lifted her leg and looked back to see her first foal almost out, she continued to stand and admire her foal until another contraction came, she watched as her belly visibly tightened and the foal dropped out of her. She scooped the newborn up onto her back, supporting him with her wings and continued her walk to the clinic as her second foal began crowning.
