Once upon a tumblr, I saw an artist say he liked to draw in Manga Studio, but colour with Sai. What? What a pleb. Why? I wondered. Well, spank my rump but now I agree with him! The drawing tools in Manga Studio are much better than Sai, but Sai is much more straightforward and friendly when you want to paint things in.
 
Twi has had another change of style for the next update - probably about her 30th - more cartoony, Im bothering with the back hair stripes for the first time, and most importantly - MOAR BOOBS!
 
These changes have been brought about because of two other artists responsible for sum sxc Equestria Girls Ive seen recently - I really liked their styles and wanted to incorporate some of theirs into EG. One is Killryde and the other is /mlp/s SmutAnon - both of whom made me realise that you can draw images that are funny, sexy, cute but still definitely cartoons all at the same time.
 
I was a bit of a prude before starting IG, really. IG was my way of trying to work through this, as well as learn how to draw cartoon girls. I hope youll agree that Ive definitely improved a lot as the strip has gone along and this is probably related to how my embarrassment has dwindled. Im certainly more broadminded than I used to be.
