Pinkie Pie WIP Flat colors and Cutie Tattoo Design

So I looked up some Tattoo Tutoriials on the effects I could do to make it feel like its on the skin and has that natural flesh tone overlay. Also I’m experimenting with colors for the line art. I’m not sure if it is working out. Let me know whaty ou think of the colors before I work on the shading and shadows.
