After a notable incident that led to what would be euphemistically known as an exchange of blows, Rainbow Dash and Pinkie Pie were deployed to demonstrate, once and for all, that human technology was useless when dealing with innate pony magic and to present the final ultimatum. If those who made belligerent acts against Equestria and her citizens refused to concede then their homelands would have to be occupied. Any further incidents would mean that the Princesses would have to initiate a more imperial approach to humanity.
