With their parents away on a business trip, Nighttime Twinkle and her brother Shiny Metal have the house all to themselves for the next two weeks. After the local weather factory is destroyed by a Pegasus throwing a tantrum over her pet raccoon taking a nap and school is cancel as the streets are flooded, forcing the two to remain indoors, tensions rise as old memories surface and inhibition is put to the ultimate test.
