They came up with “Trumpism” because they’re terrified of people saying they’re “nationalist”.
 
Nationalism is the real N-word, just look at how the media reacts to it. People can describe themselves as ‘Trumpists’ a thousand times and they barely bat an eyelid, but Trump called himself a Nationalist on TV one fucking time and they acted like the skies where falling.

Takes like these are the reason people started questioning the JQ. Every time their something that fucking over the corrupt billionaires for once. They have to insert themselves into it and make it about them. It make people question the ethnicities of who run these corrupt hedge funds. Trumpism means nothing, it doesn’t exist outside of the fevered media narrative. The force that made everyone come together behind him was the fact that he was a nationalist and a populist, an avatar of that old-fashioned Americana that the progressives view as the devil incarnate.

Discord has banned the Wallstreetbets server. They claim that it had nothing to do with recent events and is, instead, because of hate speech on the server. They claim to have been watching it for a while now and apparently they coincidentally just happened to cross the line immediately after showing up big business.

When they learned about this story about incredibly rich and greedy parasites who make money by suckling dry the value from someone else’s business and leaving it an empty carcass getting suckered by rank amateurs at their own game, they heard that description of the aggrieved party and immediately thought:

Besides, this inflow of cash has not saved Gamestop by any means. I would liken it to seeing someone have their throat cut open and trying to fix it by injecting them with bloodpacks. Even if you have a mountain of the fuckers, if you don’t try to stich up their neck, they’re gonna bleed out regardless.  
Gamestop has been given an extra year or two at most.

No, I like it most because it tarnishes the image of Wall Street. We’re so used to seeing them being untouchable by any sort of public backlash, so having them humiliated in such a fashion is very satisfying to watch.

Reddit seems to be trying to destroy hedge funds by buying up Game Stop stock. They’re being helped by some pretty big names such as Elon Musk and Chamath Palihapitiya. I didn’t know who that last one was until an hour ago.
