Nautila and an apple

WAIT… who gave her an apple?!

It’s still Mermay somewhere right? Little Nautila, Always happy to see how many folks like her! She’s gotta be my fav OC creation, altho she can be a bit of a pain to make haha.

Hadn’t really made her in this style yet (or many other characters…) Opens up some other challenges when drawing her which helps me figure out what design elements require a more specific description/guide.
One thing that came to mind is making sure the “tentacles” are never fully red, always either her off-white or a combination of half white and red. This can help prevent that giant mess under her face from becoming a big blob of red.
