Trixie #48, gazing dreamily into space as she sips her hot chocolate and thinks about the pony that means the most to her. Who drinks hot chocolate through a straw, though?
 
Getting the neck/torso right was an ordeal, and even then it ended up mostly covered by her mane. The forelegs also took a few rounds of re-positioning. This one us more up-close than most of the uncoloured Trixies I draw, and I didn’t adjust the line width accordingly, so it ends up looking a bit thin and uneven.
 
Trixies like this look somewhat cluttered because of the large, uncoloured areas separated by (mostly) monochrome lines. I’m considering making a shift to more flat coloured Trixies, to facilitate better composition and cleaner images overall. I need some colouring practice anyway, and the uncoloured lineart is getting a little too comfy for me. We’ll see what the near future brings!
