“No, really?” - Twilight
Twilight was just trying to enjoy her lunch to get her mind off having to decide on who will get her additional gala ticket. Then Rainbow had to intervene and after telling her to leave, Rainbow closed the rain cloud above them. It’s not that the rain personally effects her but it does effect her food. At least Barb seems to be getting a laugh out of it.
