Day nine of October’s Gore Challenge: Skeleton / Bones .

This one I wanted to put more work into than the past few days’ more uninspired attempts. And I do dig the result, kinda proud. Bones and skeletons never been easy to draw for me. And I’ll admit right away, I KNOW I probably butchered the proper anatomy in this. Even with references, bone structure and anatomy is just difficult to get right.

Also to those confused by the title. I’m one of those who rather call them kirin than bat ponies. I don’t think they relate to bats, more to dragons if you consider the pupil shape.
