Quiet seclusion has become the norm for the eldest son of the Equestrian Empire. The older brother of both Luna and Celestia Azreal is known to spend most of his time alone away from others. Once banished to the outlands by his younger siblings for crimes against Equestria he has managed to gain control over his more savage nature. Unlike his sisters, he was born under the sign of Death itself making him it’s powerful guardian. This power, however, became corrupted and twisted and soon engulfed him causing him to turn on his own people. With no other way of defending there kingdom, Luna and Celestia were forced to strip Azreal’s alicorn magic from him and send him far from the people he had injured.
 
 
It has been a millennium since then, however, While he still no longer wields his powerful magic he is still entrapped in its physical markers. He has also learned to recapture and use his Unicorn magic he had before his ascension. While he has not rejoined Equestria he has managed to carve out a kingdom of his own. A once barren portion of the world where magic runs wild and needs to be tamed by his magic to keep it livable. This kingdom is in the process of joining its borders with the Equestrian empire so Azreal can rejoin his sibling but, he is intent on doing so only at a bounty to his people.
