This is an animation of Pinkie Pie winking at the viewer and grinning a bit, which was something I animated within a span of 267 minutes, adapted from an idea by You could say she’s giving a wink and a nod to the fourth wall.  
Rendered in Blender 2.79b Cycles at an average of 1:02:08 per frame for a total of 33 minutes 12 seconds, 1024x1024 pixels, 32 samples each with subsurface scattering, PBR textures, fur shaders for the mane, and force-affected IK rig for the mane. There are 19,706 vertices, 39,160 triangles, 375,000 strands, and an HDR sky provided at hdrihaven.com/hdri/
