Oh look what we have here….the 2nd half of the season for S7…..although that would be the case for those of us like me who saw EP 12/13 back when they were released early cause Australia got the tv rights months ago. :) Technically the hiatus ends for most of us next week with episode 14. So with that it’s back to another batch of episode type comics I was basing the comics off the synopsis back when they were first announced. If you said this comic has been sitting on my computer since May then you would be correct. This comic was totally done back just before the episodes were gonna air early. Like EP 13s which I will push out tomorrow I decided now to change the comics after seeing the episodes…..that defeats the purpose and why do extra work on new comics like that. :| I hid the muffin in this…little tricky to see possibly.
 
 
As I said this comic has been sitting on my computer for months completed….that pretty much will be the case for ALL the comics I am gonna be releasing here on out. I am just about to start the comic for S7s finale this weekend and work on that into next week. :O That means most of these comics coming up will be quite different than my usual comics. As you will see I will be playing around with a new style of pony….it will look really rough till from around EP 14-EP 18. It took a while for me to get going on that new style on the comics for those episodes when I was working on them in June and July but about the last 5 comics I began to get a feel for this new style I adopting for these. I am totally not sure if I will keep this for post seasonal comics or keep it a permanent change but I may just bounce between the two and see what happens. I still got a good bit of stuff sitting on my computer I haven’t been able to release cause it was a lot of pre-s7 stuff I will go back and finish up on when I get the S7 finale comic done. I am gonna have sooooo much stuff sitting on my comp for a good many months. :P The EP 24 and finale comics I am just about to wrap up won’t be shown till October/November when I put them out on the EP weekends. That’s crazy but that’s how far ahead I got and what I always like to do these days in the seasons…..if I get it done early then I don’t have to worry about it. I swear though from now till November and the shear amount of stuff I will likely be on my comp I may double release stuff per week. I probably could easily do that if I got EVERYTHING done and set I haven’t totally finished for about 2-3 months. :P that’s insane eh?
 
 
Ok so remember…the comics you will see from the season ones here on out will pretty much have been done for 2-3 months before hand soooo stuff especially the new style looks more crisper than you will see on comics in a few weeks. DO don’t totally kill me on the new style shift soon…this one kind of has some elements where I began playing with it to see if it works with show style lineart. I may go back and touch up minor stuff but won’t be anything major….sometimes leaving your errors and mistakes in stuff brings a more natural feel. :) IDK maybe I am being stupid who knows. I will say that this new style I got I can do a lot more with it so far than I could have done with the show style I been doing for so many years. All I can say for now is I am so close to finishing all my S7 comics….then I can do S7 off-season comics or non-season ones……already…..in August……WTF. Oh and EP 13s will be out on Sunday.
