Yeah it went down on Saturday. It was working earlier on Saturday but went down later into the night.

The site’s finally unfucked itself.

I noticed the website has been going slow and occasionally gives me the services announcement.

Known issue, will hopefully be resolved with some upcoming maintenance downtime later this week.

I didn’t even reboot, we were just getting ddosed by more AI crawlers being stupid.

Also I’ve undone the fix for the 503 error after passing the “captcha / ddos protection” check.
Turns out OpenAI is using a billion virtual chrome tabs to crawl so they can bypass the ddos protection by pretending to be, well, users.
Fuck em. Unfortunately for you guys, you’ll have to deal with that “random” 503 error. It’s a messy solution, and holy shit I hate “open” ai.

The same reason why RAM prices have gone to shit lately, AI can probably make us money, so let’s just dump everything into it, surely this bubble cannot burst at any time, much less soon!

If the dotcom bubble ended up bursting by 2000, the housing bubble by 2008, Neogaf mods and admins being exposed for their scumbag power-tripping & pedo ways, and the western video game industry crashing (particularly when it came to the realm of consoles) in mid-1983 t0 1984, why not the AI bubble, along with someday, Reset(PEDO)ERA, and Blusky getting investigated (or having a major hacker-instigated bunch of leaks on mod & end user info) like Roblox, Reddit, Facebook, Instagram, ““Tiktok”” (Doyuin with a different mask), and Discord have been here and there?
