Action taken: Checking the tag history of the anonymous user shows about 825 tags added within the last 21 hours, additionally discovered another anonymous user whos last tagging spree ended 23 hours ago and started 3 days ago. Also approx 825 tags. While some tagging changes may be genuine, both (or likely the same) users have a high amount of tags that are outright wrong and are clearly tag vandalism. All tags reverted, anon users banned permanently.
