Action Taken: Seeing as it’s the same user as a post deleted in a previous log, the first comment was deleted as continuation of insulting spam. The second comment was above-rating and entirely unrelated to the image and was deleted as well. User was also banned again for both spam and ban evasion, for 24 hours this time.

Action Taken: Both reports on the subject dismissed. There is nothing in this image that violates rule #7 as far as our judgement is concerned. This image is not to the point of spam. While this user and their works can be annoying, the mod team recommends filtering it through either their artist tag, their editor tag, or through the spikeabuse tag itself.

Report: Rule #7: This is really something that should be dealt with from staff. And they removed several valid tags from this post and replaced one of them with a tag called (rabid) that is completely INVALID.  
Action Taken: Report dismissed. Most of the tags added by the user were entirely valid. The one pointed out by this report was likely a mispelling, rather than an intentional mistag.
 
As for the rest of the comment, what was said is once again entirely valid. The original image was easy enough to find, and more effort can and should be put into researching if what is being uploaded is either already here or should be uploaded in the first place. Valid criticism is not a personal attack.

Report: Rule #7: I really don’t see how this relates to the image at all. The image above is supposed to be a song reference and this comment does not seem to be relating to anything in the image.
