How should anthro foalcon be tagged as?

Just so my dyslexia doesn’t get the better of me, should anthro foalcon be tagged with “foalcon” as well as “lolicon”, or just the latter?  
To me adding the foalcon tag to anthro foalcon, seems pretty damn obvious, but I’ve had people disagree with me.

If anything, it could be tagged with “cub” to match the category. But that might make a massive mess. “Young” was another tag used on a different booru (pbooru, before they nuked it all IIRC) which could act as a “catch-all” if one wanted to search for all of the above (and could be auto-implied by cub, foalcon, lolicon, shotacon). But again, that’d need some discussion beforehand.
