4Chan source regex

As brought up in >>2932211, this site automatically switches ‘boards.4chan’ to ‘desuarchive’ to get better links. As part of this conversion it should also fix the anchors as well. 4chan uses ‘#p[post-id]’, or ‘#q[post-id]’ for quotes while Desu uses ‘#[post-id]’. Just get rid of the p or q.

The site does not convert source links automatically. As said in that image, it’s literally just manual replacement by uploader.  
And the uploader (me) pointedly refuses to fix the anchors because it’s desu’s fuckup that they don’t use exact same syntax/URIs as the site they archive.
