It took me 1 whole hour to find a file I was looking for THAT I KNEW THE EXACT FILE NAME FOR because winblows search is the biggest piece of shit in the history of the universe.

Can even use * for unknown parts, and find a file from three letters of name, on disk with 360 GB of data, in about one second.

I’ve tried all the tricks. I’ve even tested it on folders with one file and I search for that specific file by name and it didn’t find it. Nothing works.

Why do trains have to shuffle back and forth letting cars loose for 20 whole minutes during the peak of rush hour causing a miles long traffic jam? Why can’t they do it at 4 AM or something?

I just noticed those 8 inch heels. That’s not regulation footwear. You wouldn’t want to be pulling a 60 hour shift in a hospital in those things.

No, he’s the protagonist — a literal retard, or autist, whatever. The real head doctor is the bald guy (whom I suspect is jewish).  
The brown guy on the right is as far as I care the least dumb character of the series and he gets killed off after an earthquake. Great. I wish everyone got killed off, along with this disgusting series.

So the gay rom-com movie, Bros, managed to scrape up a measly $4M over its opening weekend. And the usual suspects are blaming the homophobic US for making the movie fail.
 
If the ticket price was only $1, that would mean only 4 million people were interested in seeing this movie in theaters across the entire country.
 
The solution to the above problem is very simple. Stop making movies about gay love stories in the US! If the country really is that homophobic the understand we aren’t your desired target audience and instead make something else for us to watch!

Clearly, the solution is that when something fails, just keep throwing more of the same at it. Eventually, you might make something that is not a complete flop. There are two other things that fit that description perfectly; the definition of insanity and golf.  
Problem is, RomCom is a niche market, and gay RomCom is a niche within a niche. The fact that it made $4M it’s opening weekend is actually not bad for a manchick flick.

Writing advice is mostly shit. If you tried to write something rigorously following all the usual writing advice quips, it would be the most dreadful piece of fiction ever created.

I remember this one reasonably successful (made lots of money) writer I’ve never heard of wrote an “advice” article that basically said:
 
“You’re a bag of shit without the bag, everything you’ve ever written, or ever will write is shit, you’ll never amount to anything, you’re a total waste of life and you should give up writing forever and kill yourself. Motherfucker.”
 
EVERYONE in the hundred+ people who commented all jizzed their pants over the article. “Yeth! This is the best advice I’ve ever read. It has improved my writing immeasurably.”

I don’t remember who it was. I always think of that piece when I think of “negative reinforcement” that a lot of people say motivates them. Masochistic people are motivated by being abused.
 
I’m the exact opposite. Abuse doesn’t motivate me to change, it motivates me to dig my heels in deeper and do the opposite of what the other person is telling me to do.

It’s possible the point of it was to stop worrying about the details and just finish it. Excessive attention to detail can sap focus on the larger picture and too much concern about making the next big thing usually causes people to make trash. Like EA.

Being offline is killing me, alcohol and old video games are the most entertainment I have anymore.
