I’ve been having a fucking awful time sleeping lately. It’s not that I can’t fall asleep after a long day, it’s that my body wakes up 6 hours after I go to bed. And I can’t fall back asleep, no matter how hard I try.
This even leads to a feedback loop where if I stay in bed, I start thinking about how if it doesn’t work out, I’m just wasting time. As a result, I have an even harder time falling back asleep.
I’m so fucking tired, and my body won’t let me catch up on my sleep debt.
